What is Core Pilates?

 Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.  By practicing Pilates regularly, you can achieve a number of health benefits, including:

·Improved core strength and stability

·Improved posture and balance

·Improved flexibility

·Prevention and treatment of back pain

6-Week Core Pilates Class

Session I

Thursday Evenings from 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm

January 9 – February 13, 2020

Fee: $45.00 Register before December 31, 2019 and pay $40

Minimum of 10 and Maximum:  15 people for class

Session II

Thursday Evenings from 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm

February 20 – March 26, 2020

Fee:  $45.00 Register before February 1, 2020 and pay $40

Minimum of 10 and Maximum:  15 people for class

What Do You Need?

Participant should bring a mat, towel and bottle of water.  Everyone will receive a DE Turf water bottle.
